I went to this place after going to multiple cleaners and being told they couldn't clean my children's suits in time for my fathers funeral. Â I was crying and frantic at this point. The man behind the counter not only was able to get them ready in time but took the time to calm me down as well. I will forever be grateful and the suits came out perfect! Long time customer. Was using CD Cleaners and others locally. CD Cleaners basically destroyed one of my shirts and as a big chain less on the local customer service. Plaza will try to do the right thing and resolve it. Even had a manager hand deliver an item to the house due to an issue. Don't know of any other dry cleaners that would do that!
